I didn’t set out to be a Gen X health coach, but here I am, and guess what? Every client I have is a fellow Gen Xer. Turns out, we’re the ones who need the most support. If you’re in your 40s or 50s, you know the drill: we grew up on fast food, processed meals, and the idea that exercise was optional. We’ve survived on caffeine and stress—often at the cost of our health.
We’re the first generation to dive headfirst into workaholic mode, juggling careers, families, and the tech boom. Raised to make money and get things done, not to practice mindfulness. The result? Stress, burnout, and heart disease.

But here’s the thing—we deserve better. It’s time to get off this wild ride and onto a path that’s actually good for us. With the right support (that’s me!), it's time to reclaim your health, sanity, and learn to prioritize what really matters.
